The Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind Cambodian fine dining experience that captures the diversity and richness of Khmer cuisine. Designed around the Kingdom’s seven cities, Chef Bora will take you on an unforgettable journey across the country, dish by dish.
Each month a different province of Cambodia is celebrated with a prix fixe menu highlighting the region’s cuisine and specialties. Selection “à la carte” allows those in the know to choose among the many hand-picked seasonal dishes.
At The Kitchen, traditional cooking techniques and locally sourced ingredients are given a modern twist, in an elegant and friendly setting. Popular items not to be missed include Prahoc Ktis (Siem Reap), Crab curry (Kep), and Nhoam Sachtea (Battambang). All preparation is done to exemplary standards of hygiene with no MSG on the premises. A well-chosen and attractively well priced wine list compliments the food.
